M3M India announced Thursday its plan to invest Rs 2,100 crore in ultra-luxury residences branded by Jacob & Co in Noida, marking the first residential project in India under the globally renowned luxury brand. The Gurugram-based real estate developer expects the project to generate Rs 3,500 crore in revenue over three years.����

The project, named “Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida,” will be located on a 6-acre site in Sector 97 and feature luxury premium residences priced between Rs 14-25 crore. Jacob & Co, celebrated internationally for its high-jewelry timepieces and extraordinary craftsmanship, entered the Indian market as the luxury watch industry experiences significant growth.�����

Jacob Arabo, Founder and Chairman of Jacob & Co, was present for the launch event. “At Jacob & Co., we have always believed in pushing boundaries of design, innovation, and experience. India represents an exciting frontier for luxury, and we see tremendous potential in this collaboration,” Arabo said.���

The development will include 150 residences in the first phase and approximately 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences in Phase II. The project offers 3, 4, and 5 BHK configurations with prices reaching Rs 35,000 per square foot, setting new standards for luxury living in Noida.���

Luxury Real Estate Market Expansion

M3M India Promoter Pankaj Bansal emphasized the strategic significance of the partnership: “This collaboration with Jacob & Co. reflects our strategic focus on elevating the standard of luxury living in India”. The announcement comes as Noida’s luxury real estate market experiences substantial growth, with property prices surging 152% from 2019 to 2025.[1][2][3][4]

M3M Group, which is also developing two Trump-branded ultra luxury housing projects, has completed 40 projects spanning 20 million square feet, while another 17 projects covering 40 million square feet are under construction. The company has established itself as a leading developer in North India’s luxury segment.[2][3][5][1]

The project targets high-net-worth individuals, including NRIs, business tycoons, and celebrities seeking premium living experiences. Located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway with connectivity to Delhi and the upcoming Jewar Airport, the residences aim to offer lifestyle amenities comparable to global cities like Hong Kong, London, or Dubai.[6][7]
